The resort offers superb rooms with a romantic cottage view but could have been more decorative. The service is top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff always ready to assist. The location provides a real feel of living in the midst of nature, though slightly inaccessible for elderly guests. The dining experience is amazing, especially at Green Cardamom, but could offer more dinner and snack options. The facilities are excellent, offering a well-maintained swimming pool and lush greenery.
The resort is one of the best in Coorg with a good location and helpful staff. The rooms, although lacking a premium feel, came with nice touches like a fruit basket, cookies, and a tea/coffee maker. They were good but slightly on the smaller side.
The hotel offers good and clean rooms, but lacks proper security. The breakfast is average, and the makeshift king-size bed with moist patches on the walls is a downside. The rooms have excessive ventilation leading to a humid smell throughout.
